Showcase admission is $10 cash or via MasterCard or Vias with all proceed benefiting Friends of the Bellaire Library and Houston Center for Literacy.
Tickets are sold exclusively onsite during showcase hours or in advance at the Bellaire Library (cash only).

Parking

Parking is available on Aspen and surrounding streets.
Please be courteous to our neighbors by not blocking any driveways.

Southern Living Showcase Home will be at 5307 Aspen in Bellaire, Texas. Designed by JKM Designs, the 4,777-square-foot floor plan includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, library and craft room, study, working pantry, gardening stand, and outdoor living space. Interior design will be managed by Edwina Alexis Interiors.
